« This was a great place to experience downtown Ft. Myers. Perfect location and a great layout. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. Great kitchen area and tons of natural light! « We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...
