« Mary was so welcoming and kind! Any help I needed, she made sure I got it. The view was spectacular and the house was well maintained and updated! She had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and extra fuzzy blankets! We will definitely be booking here again! »

« My adult daughter and I spent a few days here. Condo was spotless! So nicely decorated and supplied with everything you'd need. Location was fantastic! Very nice part of the beach with a great view of the dunes, sea oats and ocean beyond. Will definitely return! »

« Great location! The unit was very clean. Only issues were the rusted chaise lounges in the patio which I asked to have removed as my 1 1/2 year old grandson was with us and I didn’t want to risk him getting cut on. They were quickly removed but not replaced. Also had two chairs on the patio that the seats were ripped out of. The beds was very comfortable however could use new pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the two weeks. All in all a good stay. »

« We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. »

The deck is one of the best views at Pelican Watch.Such a beautiful drive under the massive oaks dripping with moss. We saw so much wildlife particularly on the driftwood beach.
