'Clean, friendly, well designed hotel with wonderful amenities and a very good breakfast. The most important, and the worst part of the stay was the bed. Two star beds at best. '

'This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so.
