'Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

'Breakfast was ok, best part was the woman working it. She was super friendly. The bathroom fan runs with the light, can’t turn it off and it was really annoying. Other than that it was great, very quiet. '

'There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful.'
