'The best hotel you can get in Granada. Central location. Friendly staff. Nice rooms and very nice swimming pool. Great breakfast. '

'Wc bril staat los,, wasbakkraan ook'

'Cute little hotel. Big rooms but no amenities. Breakfast choices are ok for a few days, although coffee is bad. Staff are hit or miss. Some of them not really professionally 😞'

'This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.'

'Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. I would not recommend anyone to...

'This boutique hotel is a really nice South American historic looking hotel. what we love the most was the gardening feel and the pool, but the service for breakfast and happy staff all around, make it also a real feel. Rooms are very spacious and we felt very safe even though the neighborhood is not per se the nicest.. we did always drive into Granada at night, but at daytime we also walked. '

'Rustig en relax hotel top '

'First, El Guayacán is NOT located in Granada. It is in Valle de la Laguna, about 30 minutes outside Granada. This misleading location information disrupted our itinerary and travel plans. We booked a 3-night stay, but the experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the price per night: Wi-Fi: Virtually nonexistent / unreliable. A/C: Did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. Pool: Water was visibly dirty (clearly not treated properly). Essentially, you are...

'Great experience'

'This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.'

'We had a great 4 nights stay in the Estrada Hotel. The room was spacious and quite, comfortable beds, nicely working AC. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They arrange our ariport pickup and drop-off and we paid only $10 for the late checkin, which was very nice, since our flight was at night. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.'
