'This one bed room apartment is a wonderful cozy stay. The unit was clean and is great for a couple. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in. The location is great. We were able to get downtown in about 20 minutes and there are several restaurants close by. Our host was very helpful troubleshooting a few minor issues and the checkin process was easy. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Charleston.'

'We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston. '

'Great time in Charleston. Listing was cozy and comfortable. Location wasn’t in the “fancy” Charleston district but overall a quiet and pleasant stay. About 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and around 20-25 from beaches (Isle of Palms was wonderful) 100% would recommend staying here to any of my friends.'

'The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The property was secure and well lite. We entered the first floor condo to be greeted by a handwritten note and gift bag, which included a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch! The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Loved the dual-showerhead action. I didn't care for the shampoo/conditioner product - left my hair feeling dry so I was glad I brought backup. The body wash was fine. I didn't use the washer/dryer, but they provided everything...

'Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! '
