Chalets à Île de South Bass

« Property was clean and well maintained. Nice view of water from balcony room »

« Lots of dead bugs on the porch. Bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned... It was nice to have a pool but it needed to be cleaned. Nice to have the burger place on the property, that guy was awesome. I had to park on the grass even though I was told that I would have a dedicated spot for parking. Maybe more signage to show where golf carts are allowed to park vs cars. Price changed on the original room we looked at purchasing. Should have pulled the trigger sooner I guess. That's certainly on...

« Not recommended. No mini fridge, no microwave, smallest TV ever, dirty, falling apart . I have visited Put-in-Bay 3 times . The first 2 times I stayed at the Put-in-Bay resort and conference center which is way better. This hotel is the worst. The sink was blocked. They came up and removed the stopper, then insects came in and out. Toilet seat was dirty on the sides upon arrival. Toilet is old and the seat bangs loud when you close it. There were insects on the bathroom door. There is no tub....

« I did not see in the listing that there was not an refrigerator. coffee maker, or microwave in the room. There is not a common room at this resort, so no coffee maker or microwave available. There is a small bistro with coffee available for purchase at certain hours. Also, they do have a burger hut in the front yard of the resort during certain hours. With that said, the resort is very clean and staff are friendly. »

« I do not recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived, we asked for a golf cart. They said they didn’t have any. We checked into our room and we received a call and the receptionist said she found a golf cart. It was $120. We went down and it only had 23% charge. It barely got us through the night the next morning we woke up to shower only to realize the water was lukewarm not hot hot. the pool was drained and so was the Jacuzzi even though it advertises pool and Jacuzzi on site the TV had no...

« Location is great for downtown- within walking distance.Hotel room was clean.View is great. There is only 1 temperature for water, it is not hot or cold. Lukewarm at best.Front desk staff on check out day was less then helpful & seem bothered by guests. »

« We loved the lake view, pools, hot tub, coffee and tiki bar on site! »
