« We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. « The location was good, the pool & hot tub were awesome, and the room was okay but not worth nearly the price they charged ($999.58 for two nights). They also would only take a deposit upon booking and I had to pay the rest at the resort (so they could charge me over $70 more than Expedia quoted as the final price including taxes). We had a great time but I don't think underhanded dishonesty with pricing is the way to gain repeat customers. »
