'It was clean, and the staff were lovely. However it’s advertised as a beach front resort, there are some rooms away from the main property which are on the water but the main property is on the main road and is basically a motel. Not at all how it appears on the pictures. It was expensive but we thought for the luxurious resort it depicted on the photos that it was ok. We would absolutely not have paid what we did had we known we were staying in a motel at the side of the road.'

'We stayed at Hadley House for two nights and had a wonderful stay. I honestly do not understand what many people are complaining about. The room (including the floor!) was clean and comfortable. Free coffee was good. Staff at reception was very friendly; I think we spoke to four different people and they were all nice and welcoming. Yes, there is no beach, but they don't claim there is.
