« Great property and the host was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs. There was an issue with Vrbo not sending us the check-info but the host followed up quickly. Only issue was previous people had left a lot of trash. Outside trash cans completely full and it created an unpleasant odor outside by the pool. But again host accommodated us and would rent from them again. »

« The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues. »

« We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group. »

« I am older the listing should indicate that all bedrooms are up 13 or 24 stairs and so is the only full bathroom . when I first read about the place it had 2 full baths then it changed to 1 and 1/2 baths the contract indicates a pool their is no pool the kitchen was barely supplied I purchased a set of measuring cups and left them , threr was no pitcher for Ice tea and the TV service was terrible »
