'Great'

'The location is pretty convenient and it’s really nice to have a service apartment for a family of 4 travelling. However….The pictures shown of the room in the listing is vastly different than the room we got….the toilet was leaking due to poor install job (no caulking) so we had to deal with noticeable sewage smell for a day since they didn’t have another room to move us to (it was fixed within 24 hrs though). Then when the shower box clogged, it wasn’t fixed when we were told it would be so...

'The location is convinient to public transportation. The room is OK. The staff responded quickly to our requests. I will defnitely rebook if we will go back to Guangzhou again. '

'Kitchen needs more cleaning, and maybe provide some pots and dishes for guests to use to cook.'

'Just me staying, room service everyday, staff spoke enough English, lots of food places around the building including KFC and McDonald. Taxi anytime around the building.'
