'When we arrived well past the usual check-in time, the hotel team surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. This thoughtful act made us feel genuinely welcomed and respected. The hotel itself is wonderful. The only slight inconvenience is that the lighting by the window is a little dim for enjoying the view. It did nothing to take away from this fantastic stay.'
