'Very nice to place'

'This is a beautiful cozy little getaway for couples and exactly what w was looking for!! Lindsey was very quick to respond and check in and out was a breeze, will definitely be staying again when we go back to St Augustine'

'My wife and I walked into a clean room and cold AC was on!! David was very communicative and helpful along the trip! We took the short 4 minute walk to the beach daily where we watched sunrises and surfers! Can’t wait to visit again soon!'

'All was good except the shower had very low pressure'

'We had a wonderful time at this condo. We were located right on the beach, which was amazing! It was a beautiful beach. Not too many people there. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds, a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms. We really enjoyed our time! We will definitely be back!'

'Everything was as described. Only issue we had was there were only 4 bath towels/face cloths for 4 travelers. We messaged to see if we could possibly get 4 more. After 3 days of communication and promises this was not resolved.'

'I cannot recommend Rachel's property highly enough!! She accommodated us at the last minute and went above and beyond to get us into this amazing rental unit. This place is walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants on Anastasia Island. 'Great location for shopping at Rochelle’s and eating at Oddbirds. Great coffee at the Flamingo, nearby. Close to local record stores, including Music Matters Revisited. It has a loft for an extra person that would fit one extra person. This place has an almost full size refrigerator, two burner stove along with a small toaster oven and microwave for cooking. It includes a washer and dryer in case you...

'Excellent property. Very nicely appointed, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to downtown STA, equipped with everything you need. The host, Danny, was over the top in responsiveness. Casita Azul exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend it.'

'Awesome property and host. There’s a dock to enjoy the river and a pool. Property is close to Butler Beach and only a 10-15 minute drive to St Augustine lighthouse, ENJOY!!'

'The property was great! We had an amazing time there. The communication was outstanding!'
