'Great spot to stay and visit St Augustine! The beach was not packed like it is closer to the city. The drive to downtown took about 20 minutes but was well worth the price vs staying closer. I'd recommend this property to couples on a getaway who want some piece and quiet while still being close to the party of downtown. The room had everything we needed from kitchenware to beach chairs. Thanks for a great stay for our 10 year anniversary!'

'This is a great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy walk to the beach plus several restaurants and shops within a few short blocks. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only other thing I wish it had would be a black-out curtain in the bedroom due to a bright light outside. Would stay here again! '
