'The Serenity Inn was just the charming stay we were looking for in our first time visit to Newport, RI! The location was perfect and kept us within walking distance to the wharf, charming boutiques and an array of wonderful restaurants. Somehow, we got the room with the private roof top deck! 'Beautiful and charming old hotel. The restored historical buildings do not meet all modern standards. This is inevitable, but avoid rooms 101 and 102 in the basement of one of the houses. Cleaning needs improvement, breakfast is very good.'
