Flats in Conanicut Island

'We had a wonderful stay celebrating a milestone birthday with our party of 3. The home was clean and spacious, close and walkable to shops, restaurants, and the wharfs. A quick Uber took us to the mansions and cliff walks. We would gladly return.'

'This is not a "luxury" loft - it is adequate. There is no place to hang a jacket or hat, the furniture is sparce and although the kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils, there is not so much as a dish towel or saltshaker or other kitchen odds and ends that make a place more homey. Also - the "balcony" is pretty much unusable. The location is great - it's walking distance to everything along Thames St. But given its deficits I would not recommend it.'

'Clean, great location, easy access'

'Great place at the opposite end of Thames St. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Apartment accurately described. Matthew is a great host and extremely responsive. Will stay there again when I go back.'

'The walls are thin and the noise from the loft above us made sleep impossible. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is great but the noise leaves a lot to be desired.'

'Very nice apartment. Everything was very fresh and new. Fabulous showers.'

'Exactly as advertised. Place was super cute and clean. Location can’t be beat but it is loud at night in the front bedroom. 2 parking spaces across the street were beyond convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'Loved the location. Nice to have free parking too. Very walkable. Unit was very clean.'

'Great location Clean and spacious condoEasy parking'

'A gorgeous unit in a perfect location! '

'Perfect getaway! The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the cute shops, restaurants and cafe on Thames. Loved that it was just walking distance to the marina! I would absolutely love to go back again!'

'It was loud with the people upstairs but nice clean ! Parking a big plus'

'Great location in the heart of Newport—just a five-minute walk to the wharf, restaurants, and everything else you would want to enjoy. The property has been freshly renovated, is well equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were especially comfortable, and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.'

'location was great although it was loud at night in the weekends even with the windows closed '

'This spacious townhome which is very conveinent to downtown Newport, but away from the hubbub. Was very clean when we arrived. Has a large common room / kitchen, and a couple of decks. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Newport.'

'Great location, very clean, easy parking, very comfortable beds. Shelly was very friendly and helpful at check in. This rental is similar to a timeshare rental without certain things that might be needed if you were spending a week. For example -only a keurig, no drip coffee maker. A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen. The dishwasher was broken. but hopefully will be repaired between...

'This house is very clean and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The rooftop views were stunning. The proximity to downtown was perfect for walking or a short 3/4 minute Uber/Lyft ride. The listing states 2 king size beds however, there are 2 queens upstairs and 1 king downstairs. The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus with 5 ladies! The house is completely stocked with anything you should need. There are 4 total flights of steps, be mindful if you are staying in the top unit, you will need...

'We were three women in town for the Gilded Age Tours. Enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Great location!'
