'The room was clean and comfortable '

'The room was reasonably clean, however the bathroom was in really poor condition. We had to be switched rooms mid stay. The staff were really helpful in getting this done.'

'Amazing ladies at the front desk -- so super kind and nice...and really helpful and warm. Didn't get the nicest reply from the back house associate (a male who was a bit curt) when I wrote to enquire about the property so was a bit worried. But the ladies upon check in and check out were amazing! And the property is lovely in a great location right on the beach. Our room still had a view of the ocean from the balcony despite being on the north side! A great stay - thank you!!'

'Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. '

'We arrived late. The key was in the lockbox with instructions to get to the room. The milk was in the fridge. All good. Great stay 🙂'

'On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again.'

'I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...
