Resort à Île aux Coquillages

« The staff gave several conflicting statements regarding our reservation and repeatedly said "I'll have to check with the manager" and delayed the conflicting statements regarding room location, etc. There is construction - which they were transparent and proactive about communicating prior to arrival - but yet the noise and extent of the work was quite disruptive and made sitting by one of the pools almost impossible. « We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. He and Katelyn checked in with us via text daily, to be sure our stay was perfect. Valet was on point with car, and gave us great tips and ideas as we were coming and going. Hotel grounds were clean, staff was so friendly. Our room was a nice size, very clean and updated, with amazing views of the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping all next door....

It does not have a blender..but thats ok. I would definitely book this condo again! It was a 3 day weekend stay bjt it was great! »
