Resort à Île aux Coquillages

« Staff did not tell me I received a resort credit with my booking which meant there was an extra $60 on my bill that went unused. I would have liked to use those credits. I think it’s also a bit silly to have such a BEAUTIFUL and high end hotel and not serve your guests breakfast. But other than that, loved my stay here and will be coming back. Just wished I hadn’t wasted nearly 100 without any heads up and didn’t find out until I was handed my receipt. »

« Our stay was a last-minute situation, appreciative of the accommodations they were able to work out for us and our family. Two of the 3 rooms were great, however our room smelled musty. We did notice the air vents were very dirty as well as the filter for the unit, Breakfast was just okay. The servers/cooks were not the friendliest. However, we did love the bar and grill. Friendly staff, great drinks and food. The kids loved the pool area, especially the slide. Would suggest better lighting...
