'The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.'

'Pick another hotel and be sure to note there is no elevator. Worn interior. Poor response from hotel manager when booking was cancelled due to typhoon Bavi hitting on day of check in. Reservation was non-refundable, apparently also to include acts of nature beyond customer's control.'

'Our stay was before, during and after the Cat5 - great place for the price! The power stayed on, but the AC went out… could have been worse. The staff was great… I would return again, without hesitation. I’ve stayed at Crown Plaza Guam too, so I am familiar with the area. This place has a store that’s always open, laundry that is cheap, and a water boiling pot in the room!'

'First off I want to say that in June we booked for a night and we thought of the world of it all. But from some time June until now in July wooooahh big difference. Since we liked it so much we end up booking 4nights and it was the worst. I had way better stays at the Hilton and Hampton inn. I don’t know what happened with their beds.
