« Hôtel dans les montagnes reposant et agréable. Service de navette depuis la gare de Nagiso très pratique autant pour rejoindre l'hôtel que pour faire des excursions à la journée (Vallée d'Atira / Nakasendo). Personnel très gentil. Lieu très propre. Le dîner du soir est délicieux. Le onsen tout en bois est incroyable avec vue sur les montagnes ainsi que des bains extérieurs au milieu de la forêt (attention aucun vêtement ni maillot n'est admis dans les onsens au Japon). « This place is beautiful. From the old buildings to the privet onsen, and the restaurant, everything was perfect. It is upscale luxury with a very old school vibe. We loved it here! »

« We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains. »

« It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too. »

« Bellissima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’hotel seppur piccolo è molto accogliente e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. C’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti. Ma per la bellezza del locale e del luogo, si puó certamente chiudere un occhio :) »

« Perfect clean accomodation on the main street of Narai - closer towards the Shizume-jinja shrine. Thoroughly recommend for others to book and stay in. A huge private home that can easily fit two families with three large bedrooms that have multiple beds in each. Modern facilities such as kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Takashi the owner was very helpful and pre booked dinner for us at one of the local restaurants. As everything closes early eg 4pm, it was comforting to know we had a dinner place...
