« Excellent location for a Durango stay. I was able work during the day both on the bar inside and the outdoor porch area. The walk to downtown is so easy and convenient. AND very quiet. Victoria was the perfect host, she made sure all the essentials and BEYOND were available, even checked in during my stay to ensure all needs were being met. « The property was beautiful and the views were amazing. We arrived at sunset so got to enjoy that all the way up the mountain. It seems to be one of the uppermost homes on the mountain. The views from thie living area and loft area were spectacular. The steam room is also great! We used it several times. Sleeping downstairs is a little loud due to the furnace and water heater being in a rather open area downstairs. »

« This was the perfect location for exploring downtown Durango- shopping, restaurants and museums as well as walking the Animas River bike path and climbing the sky steps to Fort Lewis College. The downtown retreat was also great just to read and relax in the sunny kitchen or outdoor garden space. We would definitely book this spot again. »

Excellent and prompt communication before and during our stay. Owner is very nice and helpful. We reserved a dog friendly king studio. The room was small but more than adequate. Many dog friendly amenities like bowls, a dog bed, and dog sheet were in the room. I hate to mention any complaints but the room was a tad warm. There wasn't air...

« All the good things about camping, without the actual camping! The bed is comfy, the shower warm, and the electric kettle all we needed for hot drinks in the morning. This place is lovely, quiet, and literally within stumbling distance of Durango hot springs. The food trucks there are the real thing if you need dinner. And you can even have a campfire if you want. The windows and skylights are a neat touch and add to the ambiance. »

A FUIR SALE ET MALHONNÊTE
"Nous avons pris cet hotel, seul disponible sur Durango. L’état extérieur est dégradé et sale. Notre chambre était envahie de cafards ou punaises de lit au niveau des aérations de la salle de bain qui volaient dans la pièce. De plus, la baignoire n’avait de rideau de douche. Pour couronner ces problèmes l’hôtel nous a facturé à notre insu pour deux chiens soit 40USD. L’hôtel de mauvaise foi ne répond pas à Hotels.com que nous avons sollicité pour traiter cette facturation abusive. A fuir pour éviter les problèmes de séjour et après le séjour !"
