When it is time to hit the hay, two bedrooms are accessed from the main living space, and a third bedroom is accessed through a separate entrance near the hot tub on the lower deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.
Wood is not provided for the fireplace.
There are Ring security cameras around the property; however, these cameras are not active while the home is occupied.
