Regarding your dissapointment with the room size, this is a historic building where we cannot change or touch the structure of the rooms; and every room is different in its distribuition of spaces and furniture. We were informed in Reception that you were offered a change of room (asked by your friend) but apparently you were not interested as you never showed up requesting this change. Unfortunately, on your arrival date we were fully booked, but on the next days our options were more. As to the upgraded room for your friends, it is true they had a better category.
