The space
The flat is on the 2nd floor and you will have to climb stairs for the same.

Two Bed Room with fans, Queen Bed and Private Washroom.
A living area with sofa, dining table cum workstation, refrigerator, and a kitchenette on request.

We provide drinking water bottles upon checking, thereafter guests have to manage on their own. For long-term stays, we provide 20L water cans.

We do not have power backup as of now but there's an emergency light in the flat. Though electricity failures are very rare.
Guest access
Parking is available in the basement and on street. Both places are safe enough to park as it's a CCTV monitored area.

There are 3-4 supermarkets, salons, gyms, hospitals, pharmacies, ATMs, and other necessity shops at a distance of 50-100 meters from the property.
Other things to note
There are two lanes that get you to the destination. One lane gets closed at 10 PM for the security of the society. The guests can get in through the other lane or call the host for more information.
