The fully equipped kitchen includes: brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island. There is also a convenient half bath. Like many houses at the beach there is no A/C.

OUTSIDE

Features: A front patio with seating, a fire feature and palm trees for shade. A private grassy backyard primed for entertaining, BBQing, yoga, sunbathing or shading yourself under a gazebo.
