'The property was spacious and perfect for our needs. However, there was a horrendous hole in the roof of the play/game room. It looked awful and the rain made it smell really bad. There was no wifi the entire trip “due to the rain” but was not covered by our weather protection insurance. In that sense, the weather protection insurance was a scam and did not cover weather related inconveniences. The host made no efforts to rectify the wifi situation (he eventually tried to get a service man out...
