'Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. '

'The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!'

'Everything about this property was AMAZING! The host was extremely helpful and so sweet! This is a great location. Whether going alone for a couples get away or with the family! my son enjoyed the amazing fishing just steps from the door!'
