'A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket. The beach is terrific and the sunsets are amazing too! The yard is very comfortable with lots of comfortable chairs and...

'We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in de ruime, schone en luxe villa met heerlijk zwembad, jacuzzi en mancave. De tuin rond de woning is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. Op de terrassen en rond het zwembad staan voldoende stoelen en ligbedden. De toilet bij het zwembad was handig. 2 tiener jongens hebben zich hier prima vermaakt met de bar, pooltafel, tafeltennis etc. Airco in alle ruimtes terwijl het huis goed geissoleerd is. Het online contract met de verhuurder verliep snel en makkelijk....

'Beautiful house, really enjoyed our stay here. Group of fiends on a golf holiday with plenty of courses within a 30min drive and the town of Ayamonte closeby to do the shopping and have a night out. Highly recommended!'

'Wij zijn hier een weekje geweest met de jaar wisseling. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Het huis is gedateerd maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Op alle kamers hangen airco’s die kunnen verwarmen en beneden kun je hiernaast een houtkachel gebruiken. Wij hebben het heel fijn gehad. Auto is noodzakelijk. Er is niet echt veel te doen op loopafstand.'

'The villa had all the facilities we required. Lovely pool, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The villa is well situated and you can walk to beaches and restuarants but a car is ideally needed for shopping and to explore the area. The only thing to mention is the villa would benefit from a few more sunbeds or softer seating in the pool area as the current ones are short in number and getting a little tired. But it was a wonderful holiday...

'We enjoyed our stay although we had a car breakdown the last week. So big thanks to the owners for their understanding and their help but especially to the very kind Raluca who helped us with the Spanish translations in the garage . If i need to give 1 negative item , it will be the noise of the dogs next door during the day. Location of the house is perfect, close to restaurants, litlle shops and the beach. Anita'

'Not complaining but giving true reflection: Close to golf coarse and reasonable accommodation. Close to town and beach. Wi-Fi not the best TV great if you speak Dutch/German Small Kitchen for one person but functional. Others complained of hard beds (upstairs.) Clean pool Quiet location Great barbecue. Only One official parking place - pointed out by neighbours as we had 2 cars. Would stay again'

'Une maison cosy, un jardin superbe, une piscine très agréable et un accueil parfait. L’environnement est calme tout en étant proche du centre du village. Les plages alentours sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons.'

'The house was very good! everything is very clean and organized. Very good pool, very calm neighborhood, short distance for the beach and the centre. The kitchen is very well equipped. the only flaw for the 8 of us was that there were only 4 sunbeds at the pool, although there is a lawn for towels. Hakima, who’s the girl that give us the key and received us, was very kind, too.'

'A casa é ótima e tem uma excelente localização (mesmo em frente à Praia (acesso direto). A pessoa que está a dar apoio aos hóspedes é muito disponível e atenciosa. O único problema da casa é o esquentador, que funciona mas precisa de intervenção para não se desligar. Fomos informados que será substituído em breve. Foram umas excelentes férias que pretendemos repetir :).'

'Huis heel kleurrijk en verzorgd, omgeving prachtig. Volop wandelingen te maken. We werden verwelkomd door de eigenaar die heel goed Engels spreekt. Verse vijgen en walnoten. Vogels, geruis van de populierenblaadjes, gerinkel van de bellen van de schapen. Kortom een paradijs.'
