'The front desk employee who checked us in was very friendly and chatty. The building and rooms were definitely old and a bit run down and had a strange smell to the hallways. The housekeeping staff though did an amazing job at keeping everything clean. The mini fridge could have been a bit less ‘mini’ - it was very small. The complimentary breakfast was good on the weekdays where only one cheerful employee ran it (she could definitely use some help). The 2 employees on the weekend were far less...

'Noisy Hotel/Room. Sounds like shotguns or rifles until 2am/3am. Really thought the noise was coming from outside. Obviously after asking the front desk, this quite peculiar noise was generated by the wind, infiltrating pipes, or something else. So clearly a structural problem in this hotel that is required to be addressed. Not slept a lot and usually quite easy on this. The bed although was particularly comfortable and the bathroom with all the required amenities. Pity.'
