Fyi, we took videos and photos of everything when we arrived. No forks1 serving spoon1 bowl5 platesNo dishwasher soapNo laundry soap 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 nights 2 peopleNo hand towels anywhereThe kitchen was beyond filthy, every countertop, the stove, and the cabinet handles were covered in food or grime. The kitchen table looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. The chairs were so rickety they were unusable, and they were also stained with spots. the stick to open the blinds were black.The bathroom was just as bad, there was hair all over the rims and walls of the shower, and the toothbrush holder and glass you provided had disgusting stains. Every single wall was covered in greasy stains. The only thing that even appeared clean was the bathroom mirror and the refrigerator door, and that was just because there were watermarks from someone wiping them down.We planned to wash or buy new sheets becuse of the state of the apt, but the key fob didn’t work, so we couldn’t even leave to get what we needed. We only managed to get into the apt because random tenants opened the gates and access doors for us. After wiping down what we could, we coverd the pillows with our shirts and sleep on the dog blanket we keep in the car. You should be ashamed to rent like this.
