Located just 7.8 miles (16 minutes) from the Texas Medical Center — the largest medical center in the world. Standard check-in and checkout times help us keep the space fresh and ready for every guest.

If you’d like an early check-in or late checkout, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on cleaning schedules. A small $50 fee may apply to help cover added cleaning staff time.
Please input the correct number of guests when reserving.

Overnight stays: Your reservation has been approved for the number of registered guests who will be staying overnight. You may have extra visitors, but the total number of guests staying past 2 AM CST must not exceed the registered number.

Visitors: You may have up to 3 visitors. Visitors may stay in the house until 2 AM. After 2 AM, they are considered an overnight guest. If this happens, your reservation will be updated immediately to reflect each additional visitor (up to 3 visitors) added to your existing guests, and your card on file will be billed accordingly.

Parties: Absolutely NO PARTIES. Any number of visitors during your stay, that is, over three visitors, is considered a party and will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Local authorities may be contacted, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately, with no exceptions.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Fees: A $50 fee applies to approved early check-ins and/or late check-outs, due to the additional demand placed on our cleaning staff.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are ONLY allowed OUTSIDE on patio(s) and/or back yard deck, but NOT indoors NOR inside of the garage at any time and NOT within 10 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air intake vents. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit, and an additional $500 fee will be charged for `de-smoking` the home.

Cameras: Please be aware that the ring doorbell/camera(s) is/are located at the front gate, front door, inside of the garage, and the backyard area. The Ring camera devices actively record audio and video and are placed on the exterior of the property only.
