- Pet-Policy: Cats are strictly not allowed. We are happy to welcome dogs only, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay. Dogs must weigh 20 pounds or less.

A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as prior approval is required. Failure to report pets will result in $400 penalty. Thank you for your understanding!

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Please contact us if you have any questions or require clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Pool and Tub: Maintenance is scheduled twice a week. The pool and tub are not heated.

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
