  • Welcome to the Houston Wanderlust! You won't find a home with this much luxury & style! This home is a 4-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and amazing roof top patio views of downtown Houston! Located in the highly popular Montrose neighborhood, you are half-a-mile from everything our wonderful Downtown area has to offer! This space is perfect for groups of 8 or less.

    Featuring a 2nd floor open concept kitchen/living space. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Whether you want to make dinner at home or reheat leftovers--we have you covered.

    House Layout:
    1st Floor: 1st guest bedroom/bathroom.
    2nd Floor: Living area, chef's kitchen, dining area, and half bath.
    3rd floor: Primary bedroom: One King bed with full bathroom; Bedroom #3: 2 full size beds with full bathroom.
    4th Floor: Roof top patio and dry bar.

    CONCIERGE SERVICE:

    Keyless access.
    Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

    We are located inside of a very small, gated community.

    Please do not play loud music after 10:00 P.M.
    Please park your vehicle(s) in our 2-car garage or on the street. DO NOT park in the shared driveway.

We booked the property for a company retreat, and it was simply fantastic. Great kitchen, greater grill and rooftop patio, phenomenal location... we can't speak highly enough about it.

Was in town with 4 of my girlfriends for a wedding. Loved this property. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious kitchen and living areas for hanging out. Very clean and equipped with all the necessities. We loved all the photo ops with the neon signs! ;) Hosts were very responsive in all communications. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is adorable, feels high end and was very clean. The host was very easy to get ahold of and handled anything we needed quickly. The area that the house is in is perfect! So much within walking distance!

We were very pleased with the home and the location. Very modern, clean, and stocked with supplies that came in handy. The only thing missing that would have made this home perfect is an elevator, due to the 3 levels. Overall still highly recommended!

Great place in Montrose

We stayed at Kris’s place for two nights. Every part of the process was great. The place was clean, spacious, and convenient. We would stay here again.

Our kids enjoyed the rooftop patio and fun neon signs. The location was good - lots of restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Great Stay!!

My friends and I had a great stay. The property was clean and met all our needs. The property is located in a great location near plenty of bars and restaurants. We were in towm for Copa America and it was an easy drive to NRG Stadium.

The place was very clean and a convenient location. My only complaint was the garage was so small we couldn’t park either car in it and put the door down. We had to leave the garage door up and park one car on the street.

Weekend in Houston

Property is exactly as described on the listing. Close and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Host is very responsive and helpful with surrounding area. If you’re traveling to Houston, this is the place to stay!

Roadtrip

The home was very nice & spacious. Only thing is that mattresses in upstairs bedroom need to be updated other than that everything was good.
