'I rated this hotel low because there is a thief amongst their cleaning staff. I checked in on 3/6 for the rodeo I placed my LV shades on the desk because we would be gone for the day and they weren't needed. 3/7 I didn't wear my shades because of overcast and just kept my prescription glasses on which had a transitional lens. 'The location is great . But it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When i arrived 1:00 pm i requested early check in and i was charged for it . Not expecting anything free . I was more than okay with the extra charge . The condo had not been cleaned. It took over 3 hours for housekeeping to arrive and prepare the condo. I was told by the front desk that because I booked through a third part ( Expedia I’m assuming) they were unable to assist me with any issues. Instead I was...

'The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing was that it had two temperature control panels. When putting the heater on in the one with the bedroom, it would not heat at all. We had to turn it off and turn on the one that is by the kitchen wall. Even at that, we set it all the way to 90 degrees and it barely heat up throughout the cold nights. Everything else was good. '
