« Loved the bed, linens and new towels! These were in amazing condition! 5 stars!
Our room had a stale smell to it. We found the TV on, AC on, refrigerator door partially opened and the carpet area by it was wet.
Very disappointed with the front desk young man who apparently implied I should have known the hot tub was broken and out of service as I "had not been around there." Sentences such as "Good afternoon and welcome and How can I help you?" were not part of his vocabulary much less "we're...

« The hotel’s A/C wasn’t working properly, as soon as you walk in, a breeze of warm air welcomes you. The entire hotel is hot, except for the room. Which explains why a roach was found inside the room. There was a lady in the front desk who helped us check-in; she was very rude. We were charged a $100 deposit; something that not disclosed when booking online. The parking lot is very big; however, there are several potholes that need to be fixed. Breakfast was included tho! »

« I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I woke up around 7:00 a.m. to find the restroom completely flooded, with water spreading all the way into the room. We had no choice but to quickly evacuate my entire family, including a newborn baby.
This was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. Having to gather and evacuate my family so early in the morning because of a flooding issue significantly impacted our stay and left us feeling very uncomfortable and inconvenienced.

« Great location, friendly staff, and a clean room.
It was nice to be able to work out in the fitness room, but a staff member came in to clean when I in there and sprayed some cleaner that smelled terrible, so I had to leave.
Also, the thermostat didn't seem to work properly, so we had to keep unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was a little uncomfortable. Also, we really don't like the style of coffee maker in the room. »
