The space
Studio 10, offers modern amenities, including, WIFI, Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Desk, Complimentary Coffee and Snacks, Queen bed, an adorable petite kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, and pots/pans. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, and body care essentials.

Private Parking lot vehicle and free street parking, first come first serve basis plus Free-Street parking. we also have extended parking at Empire Café. You will have a parking pass located inside the Studio.

We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Any lost keys there is a 50 Dollar fee.
