'Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. '

'We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. 'The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, overal a clean place, good breakfast.
The Bad: Not enough staff on the weekend, Tub was broken and couldnt get fixed (tough with little kids), Pool was out of control with kids running all over and their parents not paying attention. We were approached several times by guys tweaked out on something, which made my family very uncomfortable.
Overall- Maybe it was an unusual clientele given Spring Break, but what initially looked to be a very promising...

'The breakfast is decent sized. They do have a pool and a hot tub as well as a small exercise room. They do have coin laundry on site which I appreciate when traveling! The room was decent!
The only complaint is I’ve never stayed in a hotel that the windows open (personal preference especially with kids), I’d just keep that in mind as I’m on the fourth floor and the window opens w/ no screen. I’m normally used to hotels not having openable windows but maybe some will like that!'
