'Prima hotel maar wat verouderd: geen lift, maar wel veel trappen, electriciteit deed t niet overal Maar ze dragen je koffers naar boven en eten in het restaurant heel lekker!'

'We were in Cheltenham, passing through from London to Liverpool, because of top restaurant Le Champignon Sauvage, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Strange atmosphere that evening because England lost from Croatia in the World Cup. Very nice hotel in a beautifully restored mansion though!'

'Really well placed hotel with brilliant amenities. The rooms have been well thought through, beautifully designed and with all you need for self catering. Extremely well located for easy access to Cheltenham. Town is walkable as are many bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again. '

'Fijne ruime kamer met goed bed. Ondanks dat we aan de wegkant sliepen was het erg rustig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze hond mag niet in het restaurant, maar we konden ontbijten en dineren in de lounge. Het ontbijt en het restaurant zijn van prima kwaliteit. Aan de wifi bereikbaarheid werd hart gewerkt terwijl wij er waren 😊.'

'There is no personal in the hotel. All doors are saved by codes. The codes are in advanced mailed. The chamber was more or less out dated. The bed was ok. Breakfast is not served. You had to pick up a couple of eatables out of a fridge, that does not work properly. Sometimes is was working, but all of a sudden it stopped working and a lot of water was down on the bottem of the fridge. I haven't seen anybody of the staff during my stay in the hotel. In my absence during the day is the room always...

'Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,'

'I arrived late at night, it was a bit of effort to find the exact place of my Room at the property site as there was no Counter Service late at night. Driveway at the rear of the Property is very rough, definitely can be improved by Owner.'

'We had a lovely large room and en-suite bathroom at Laurel House. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had tea making facilities also. Our hosts Gilly and Hugh provided a wide range of choices for breakfast including healthy options and fresh fruit. The dining room overlooks a lovely garden and off-street parking was available. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, though we are not fast walkers so usually took about 25mins.'

'I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l'

'Although the room was small it was clean had everything you needed sink shower microwave fridge TV heating everything you want ideal for my stay definitely use it again'
