The Hideaway- Cozy Home in the Woods

Retreat, relax, recharge and recreate yourself in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage which sleeps 4 comfortably but can handle an extra 1 to 2 guests and lies less than 5 minutes from lakes, hiking, tennis and golf. Step inside. From its wall of windows view nature from within. Then cuddle on the plush sectional on movie night, and host game night around the dining table which seats six. In fact, the kitchen is well equipped with the essentials the family chef needs to create culinary masterpieces. But if cooking is not on your agenda, Hot Springs and the Village are near. They’ll take care of you.

Afterwards, step onto the wrap-around deck and wrap your thoughts around the activities you and your family will enjoy on it including solitude mornings. Your mind will quiet as here you savor a book and a cup brimming with coffee. Envision conversational evenings here too. You, your family and friends will revisit and laugh about the day (or days) well spent and finally retire to either of​ ​two bedrooms that boast queen beds and plush bedding.

Absolutely beautiful views from the back deck. We enjoyed the fire pit and tetherball. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house was clean and beautifully decorated! Mark was awesome in assisting us when we unfortunately lost our keys to our truck! He helped us find a local locksmith who got us up and running in now time. We will definitely return!!!

First Time to Hot Springs

It was our first time to Hot Springs, and we were bringing two dogs which r allowed us the ability to walk them and let them “wander” a little bit through the woods behind the property. Beautiful setting, and we had cool, perfect weather, so the balcony was enjoyable! Appreciate the hospitality!

A Wooded Oasis

A quaint little house on a beautiful, quiet wooded lot. Nicely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It's on the west side of HSV so it's close to amenities as well. We and our little pup enjoyed the time hi very much!

Great for the Price!

The house is cute and in a safe, pretty neighborhood. We (my best friend and I) stayed there because of its proximity to the Ron Coleman Crystal Mine. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and had everything we needed. However, it was a bit confusing to find because the listing only shows pictures of the back of the house. Still, the only real negatives were that there were a few corners that had clumps of dust bunnies and that one of the bathrooms had very slight water pressure. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Hot Springs Village tranquillity

Our family enjoyed our stay at this private and conveniently located home. The weather was perfect in October for the beach. Unfortunately there was a fire ban and we only used fire pit our first night. The bbq grill was a bit yucky and there wasn’t any spray left to clean it off. There were only 2 steak knives which could be challenging for groups traveling and sharing meals together. We would consider coming back for our next stay in Hot Springs Village.

Hot Springs getaway

The house is so cute and is a great set up for two couples. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and cooking on the grill. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and we took we took advantage of the walking trails within the neighborhood. It is an easy drive to Hot Springs. The owner communication was awesome.

A lovely place, perfectly situated

This stay was an absolute dream. A lovely home, a beautiful neighborhood. 25 minutes or so from everything you might want to do around Hot Springs, so close enough to be convenient, far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Area was lovely beyond words. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for any needs that might pop up while you're visiting. And if you like golf, wow! You've got options here. Courses are beautifully maintained. What a gem. We'll be back.

Charming house; very comfortable

The inside of the house was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending family time in the living room in the evenings. We didn’t use the kitchen but found it to be well stocked with every utensil, pans and serving ware anyone would need. Really loved having our dogs with us so thank you for that. My only disappointment was the outside. Huge cobwebs on the deck. They had been there for a long time. Both BBQ grills were dirty on the outside and just gross on the inside from not being cleaned from prior visitors. However, I would recommend this house to others as long as they don’t want to spend time outside. The inside was perfect.

HSV - June 2024

We found this property as described and very comfortable. My wife and I traveled to HSV with our two grandsons, ages 6 & 4. We are familiar with HSV and travel there from time to time to ride our SxS in the forest north of the village. Communication with the property owners is superb, the house has 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy family time. We spent most of our day outside but enjoyed coming to the house for relaxation after a long day on the trails.
