Had a nice stay. Everything was nice and clean. Properly owner was amazing with suggestions on what to do in the area. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat and she went over while we were exploring and made sure everything was up ready and running upon our rerun that evening. Would stay here again!

The cottage has a warm and inviting atmosphere with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and modern appliances, and the addition of a washer, dryer, and dishwasher makes for an easy, convenient stay. Its location is a highlight—just 13 minutes from Bathhouse Row, close to shopping and restaurants, and offering a pleasant lake view.There are, however, a few things to be aware of. The cottage sits directly across from a Highway, several motels with no barrier, and the glass front door with side windows limits privacy. It is also a second home on the property, sharing a small walkway with the owners home, and the larger deck is off of the owners home. The rental cottage does have a small deck with a hot tub, but it faces the Highway and motels across the street, which reduces the sense of seclusion. In addition, there is only one small bathroom, located just off the living room, which may be less convenient and reduces privacy.The interior comforts, convenience, and proximity to Hot Springs attractions make this cabin a good choice for those wanting a functional, well-equipped home base. It may not be ideal for travelers seeking a private or romantic retreat, but it works well for those who value comfort and easy access to the city.

The house is right on the lake with 2 large patios with a beautiful view of the lake, and a smaller patio with a nice hot tub! The house has modern amenities and top quality construction and appliances. The beds are very comfortable and lake views from both bedroom windows! Furniture is also very nice and comfortable, and a beautiful bathroom as well! Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess, very friendly and helpful! It’s a wonderful place for a couple’s getaway or a girlfriend’s retreat!!

Overall nice and clean!!! Exactly as described in ad, easy check in and check out. Nice linens and furniture throughout, very quiet and tranquil location, close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. The host was very sweet and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

Adorable, Picture Perfect Lakeside Cottage

We loved staying at this cottage! It was perfect for the two of us! There was a lot of detail put into each part of the home: modern appliances, beautiful shower, etc.! We loved the lake view from the deck and the gas heater! The owner was so helpful to bring us firewood and fire starter and to quickly respond to any questions we had!We’re so glad we came!

Cute cottage, but beware of the patio photos

Overall, we had a great stay. However, we chose this property based on the photos of the deck and patio. When arriving at the property, we learned that the pictures of the deck/patio are actually attached to the neighbor property. It stated in our book that we were welcome to use the patio, but we are private people and felt uncomfortable going to another property to utilize their deck, especially when they were there. Had we known this prior to booking, we probably would’ve chosen another property. The cottage was very clean and homey, and check in and check out was very easy.
