“Fun” place! — Exceptional" —near Oaklawn Park, Garvin Gardens and Restaurants

This is one of those neat, special places that you rarely get a chance to enjoy, but please be our guest to do just that.
This is a 1920s cypress and pine cabin that sits on a large lot with a great view of Moonlight Bay on Lake Hamilton.
Our cabin has been thoughtfully remodeled in 2016 to keep the great knotty pine walls and exposed rafters and updated kitchen and bath with marble counters and subway tile.
As you come in the front door, you are greeted with an inviting coffee bar to the right, and you instantly feel excited about seeing the rest of the place -----and it just has a nice feel to it.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and the smaller bedroom has two matching extra-long twin beds.

While this cabin is only 1000 square feet, it fells large and spacious. It has a large couch and TV in the great room. Outside enjoy coffee or a meal on the screened in back porch and enjoy the rock and cypress fireplace in the fall, winter and spring.
In the summer, the property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping yard with that great view of the lake. There is a small firepit for use with firewood also.
There is not direct access to the lake for swimming or fishing. While there is a subdivision boat launch 5 houses down that you are welcome to use, there is not a boat dock to tie up to. You can park your boat in the lake down at the put in and walk up and back though if you have or rent a boat. .
The cabin is only about 3 miles and a straight shot to Oaklawn park, at only 8 minutes away. Magic Springs Water and Fun Park is about 5 miles away also. The property is only about 5 minutes away from Sam’s Club, Lowes, Newks , Bed Bath and Beyond, and tons of other shopping!!!
There is a strong WIFI and the three TVs all are smart TVs.
