'The location was wonderful. Just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The room was clean. I didn't like the pocket door to the bathroom. It kept getting stuck. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't great. Not much selection there. The rooftop view was beautiful. On the whole, it was a good hotel for a good price.'

'We had an enjoyable one night stay here. Just a few minutes drive to the beach, downtown, restaurants, and shops. The place was clean, felt safe, and the staff was friendly and let us check in early. With the fan on at night, we slept well, the sounds of traffic being blocked out.'

'One of the front office people was great. Location is pretty convenient. The roaches in my room and intermittent clanking pipes noise all night was not cool. It was kind of shabby but looked like they have been trying to update. I should have read the reviews. Budget friendly shouldn't equal roach motel.'

'The room was looked clean but I found hair on the sheets. We asked for a non smoking room and it smelled so bad. The fire extinguisher where cover. We left the hotel with in 45 minutes from arrival.'

'This hotel was filthy. The hallway carpets look like they have years of dirt ground in & in the three days we were there the floors in the entry/stairway were not mopped (floor had visible filth, dead bugs, etc.). All the entrances smelled like urine (hope that’s from the dogs that are allowed to stay). The pool was broken, two of the four washing machines were broken, there were insects in the room (I woke up to ants crawling on my arms in the middle of the night), and dirty water backed up...

'The room did not have enough light. Our lamp was not working. The fan in the restroom was on all night. I was unable to turn it off sound kept me up at night. The room door did not have a swing lock that would of gave me a sense of safety. I paid for lake view but honestly I could not go out to balcony too many mosquitos. I wish I would of booked for pool view instead.'
