'Really cool property and an excellent opportunity to try a shipping container home for those interested. The hostess was kind and helpful. The house was clean and well stocked. Convenient to Marble Falls and the lake. '

'The home was comfortable, clean & cool. The primary bed was comfortable but very high. Used a step stool, which was provided, to get in and out of bed. The primary shower was wonderful and the bathroom very large as was the closet. It would be nice to have tissue or Kleenex included in at least the bathrooms. We did not use the other two bedrooms or bathroom. There is a guest bath on the lower level but didn't have a hand towel. The outdoor table was clean but boathouse deck furniture...

'Mr. Bob is the host with the most! Kind, informative, warm, and inviting... Mr. Bob gave us a wonderful walk through and having the cotton candy machine, ice cream maker, and pizza oven with supplies on hand were a gold star for my son. He ate cotton candy immediately . The corn to feed the deer, the kayaks and life jackets... All of it made the trip a great memory for my son's 13th bday. The location and sun room and back patio make a serene and relaxing vibe that can not be truly explained.'

'Somehow the owner didn't get the notice to have the cleaned and ready for us. We stayed elsewhere the 1st day while the owner sent over the cleaning crew to do laundry and clean the property from the previous guest. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but it would have been better to have the house ready. The dryer was very loud sounded like construction site, I would recommend owner replace the dryer. I'd advise an upgrade to kitchen cooking items; there were limited pots/pans for...
