Pensions in Horley

'Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. Due to Margarita’s commitment to ensure you enjoy your stay (as well as being good value for money and great location), it’s no wonder the ‘Windfall’s continues to collect the...

'Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever'

'Nice and quiet place. Good and friendly people. It's not a 5 star hotel with concert sound proof rooms and all.. But the price is right for what you get out of it. '

'Hotel looks fine, restaurant looks really nice. Room was very old and dated and without aircon which was troublesome given the heat outside. It was not promised so no issues and a fan was supplied. What was in stark contrast with the price of the room, was the price of the honesty bar. We had two glasses of wine and noted them, not giving it a second thought. Then at check out was charged £20…. 'We had a great stay!'

'It is a great view from the window at the first floor at the landscape.'

'Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there.'

'The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.'

'The room was okay for two nights. Near the Norbury train station, like 5min away. The staff was kind and polite. However, we found that was a bit far for us from main places in London.'
