'I booked through Expedia about 4 hrs prior to getting to the sleep inn. When I arrived the woman behind the counter said there was not any hot water and would not be fixed with our time of stay. I understand she was stressed but appeared to be rude. We had to cancel through Expedia which took about 3 days through the weekend. We went to another town and this experience was a big hassle. I have been in the HVAC and hot water business and can't believe they didn't have a tantrum back up water htr.'

'It’s a great place to stay if you just wanna sleep. Stayed overnight. The staff was very sweet and very professional. The room was OK. I had to go down and ask for soap. Also, the pool, which is one of the reasons why I booked this event was filthy and closed out of order with no notice. No one said anything about the pool being closed it should be on there post that it’s out of order rather than one of the amenities.. other than that it was a nice day stayed overnight no issues. 'Room was very musty - why have they not used an ozonater to ensure a fresh room? Had to search, move furniture, get on my knees in a poorly lit room to find an electric outlet that worked. Both bedside outlets were loose. Wall outlet was dead. Plugs would not stay plugged into the lamp outlet. Finally found an outlet that worked; but, when I turned the entry light off for the night, the outlet to my phone and laptop chargers unexpectedly lost electric. This complicated my Mapquest driving next...
