'We had such a nice time staying in our Hawaiian Celebration! We booked the Bantam Suite (which looks upon the incredible heritage banyan tree on the property), but when we arrived we were offered the Carriage House due to a cancellation – we took it, and it gave us a kitchen, a LOT of space, and ocean views (and lovely sunrises) right from the bed. 'We love this place! The location is perfect and the home is both beautiful, comfortable and completely relaxing. The kitchen is first class. Best of all for us is the continuous ocean breeze that keeps the house forever comfortable. If it is warm when you arrive, just open the many windows and sliding glass doors (all screened). 'Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the heart of downtown Hilo. We could walk to the grocery store, farmers' market, and downtown shops. Terrific! We would definitely stay here again. Management responded quickly and graciously to any request and we appreciated the goodies left as a welcome gift! Mahalo!'

'House was very beautiful clean and big like really big we came up for a softball tournament and they say can fit 15 people its more like 20 people and still get so much room and plenty of car space to can fit at lease 7-8 cars easy love this place will be coming back for sure u can bet on that.'

'Check in process was extremely easy, room was very cute and clean. Quiet neighborhood with the exception of the frogs at night haha. Great area and was close to everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will say that I did not notice the bathroom is kind of open air, so just a heads up for others that may not be fully comfortable with that.'

'Very quiet location a short drive from Hilo. Beautiful grounds filled with fruit trees, charming birds, and the coqui frogs will relax you at night. The screened-in lanai is airy with ceiling fans and you will enjoy every spare moment out there or even a nap. Spacious well equipped kitchen and brand new appliances throughout. Many great snorkeling adventures in Hilo make great day trips. Check out the Tuesday night traditional Hawaiian music at the Hilo Town Tavern. '

'The house was set up perfectly for a big group! We liked how close it was to the event that we were attending and how easy it was to navigate to and from the house.'

'This has the most beautiful view ever. The waterfalls and forest from the deck is spectacular. The hosts were also amazing. We were actually there during a tsunami warning and they called and talked us through it and also called the sweet neighbor to come over and give us information as well. All the things you could need in a kitchen and for the beach were there as well. It was clean and check in and out was super easy. '

'Beautiful home and location. Beach across the street is rocky but gorgeous. We saw several large turtles grazing on the shore. Beach/park is public and can sometimes have locals with loud entertainment, etc. Still a wonderful stay!'

'We were looking for a nice home off the beaten path, this was it. Quiet and away from town, but minutes from anything we needed, from groceries to golf, to waterfalls and beach time. Nice home, great pool, good host.'
