Great property with amazing 180 degrees ocean view! Enjoy couple minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, bars, all the attractions are just within few minutes walk! Next to the bus line. Located next to the famous Hilton Hawaiian village. Enjoy Hilton Friday firework show from your balcony! Comfortable king size bed in the bedroom and good pullout couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. If needed extra mattress can be provided!

Key was in a keylock, perfect. Appartement was not clean. Especially the bathroom. Contact was good and quickley. Location is great. 5 minuut walk to the beach. Chairs, football, bodyboard all in the appartement. Parkins

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property was well maintained and stocked with the necessary supplies for our stay. The host provided good communication and allowed us a late check out. Onsite parking was also convenient.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Great location, we were able to get to it easily from the airport using the bus. A short walk away from a lot of great locations in Waikiki. Room was clean and had ample amenities. Highly recommend it!

Another great experience at the Ilikai Marina. We love staying here for the AC and the king size beds! The kitchen and fold out couch is perfect for our son. The communication with managers are always on point. At night you get the perfect view of a Waikiki sunset. Mahalo nui lua!!

This condo at the Ilikai Marina in Waikiki has an unbeatable location with stunning views of the harbor and ocean. We loved being steps away from excellent restaurants — especially The Chart House, which we accessed right from the lobby. We went nearly every day for happy hour, sunsets, and live Hawaiian music.The condo itself was nicely furnished and comfortable. The box of Hawaiian chocolates was a sweet welcome, and the beach towels, chairs, extra bedding, and basic supplies made our weeklong stay easy and enjoyable.A few downsides: Communication was slow. A needed repair was handled the next morning, but only after three calls. I requested late checkout when booking (we had a red-eye flight), but didn’t get a response until the night before departure — and was asked to leave early. I was also double charged and had to contact VRBO and my credit card company to resolve it after no reply from the manager.Lastly, I had to move several bulky items (paint bucket, step stool, futon cushion, hamper) out of the closet to make space for hanging dresses and organizing shoes and purses. Thankfully, there was a utility closet to store them.Overall, the location and amenities were wonderful, but communication could be improved.

Location was awsome as your right by the Friday night fireworks and you have a view of the harbor.

Location is prime as your bye the Friday night fireworks and a harbor view. There is a great beach walking distance less then 5 minutes. Two awesome restaurants on the property Chart House and Red Lobster. Great little bar on property as well. Will for sure stay again there. Once had beach chairs as well to bring to beach. Tell your friends pack there bags and come on down

Outside wall construction noise; inadequate pots and pans; lanai inaccessible; lanai door blocked from outside; sole window screwed shut; inadequate kitchen towels, no bathroom facecloths; dirty range oven; a sad, unhappy vacation rental; we dealt with an unhelpful agent or perhaps a broker (this was NOT a VRBO !)...however, great location, great view(through construction labelling)...absolutely NO mention of construction noise before occupancy

Marathon Weekend

We stayed for a week during the marathon, and the location was great. Lots of places within walking distance. Would recommend advising renters of 33/day parking if applicable.

Good location, needs renovation and a very deep clean!!

I called the day of check in to get the information as how to self check in. The view was fantastic, the futon is supposed to be a bed for the second guest. We had to ask the owner to bring linens for the second bed. I was told they set up up for 2 people because that’s what the reservation was for. I had to explain that we (mother and daughter) don’t share a bed and the listing states there is sleeping for4. The owner brought some sheets for us :)but, the futon is very uncomfortable. I found an air mattress in the closet and was thrilled to be comfortable!! But, a few hours later the mattress was flat and I was sleeping on the hard floor. After a difficult conversation, I was told that no body else has ever had a problem. Drapes are ripped and non functional. Bathmat in the tub was covered in mildew. Filthy fan blades and vents. We were disappointed with our experience, but made the best of it since we were stuck in the rental agreement. We would have loved to get a refund and go stay somewhere else. I did appreciate the owner when he finally said he would buy a new air mattress, that was very helpful. Truth be told, nice people own it but they don’t clean well aand have random things in the closets which make them unusable to store luggage, etc… The o and it was smooth sailing after that.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Location was great and we did not get the room that we had picked out on line. Obviously false advertising of room on line. We took many pictures because people would not believe what it was like. there was dry rot holes in the curtains, a big rip in the seam of the couch, patio furniture has holes in the plastic chairs and rush on the furniture and the complaints just could go on and on. All i can do is stay away from this site and inform other people to do the same
