'This property satisfied our needs greatly. There was an abundance of quality kitchen supplies to prepare anything, just like at home. 'While your view is out over the marina and not the beach, it is a lovely sight to wake up to. This location is ideal for walking around Waikiki. We loved that there is an onsite car rental agency in the parking garage. It made it quite easy to rent and return without going too far!'

'This stay was in a great location, even closer to the beach than I pictured! Perfect for people renting a car (the parking garage underneath has windows with lots of spots). If you are concerned about parking - early morning and late night (after 8 pm) are best times to get zoo parking. During the day we had luck with the garage right underneath this unit. Peter was very helpful, check in and checkout were a breeze. A great deal compared to some of the pricier hotels surrounding!'

'Upon arrival to the unit we noticed the pocket sliding door was broken, one of the kids got locked in the bathroom.. We contacted the management and got shifted around a little then he told me he would see what he could do about some sort of compensation as they all knew about the broken bathroom door prior to our arrival and that it would take 2 days of labour to repair. 'Hidden little gem on the south side of Waikiki. Very clean, everything as listed. Kevin made check-in so easy. The sun deck access on the 10th floor has spectacular views of Diamond Head and any bands playing on Kuhio Beach (I got to see J Boog playing from here, so cool!). 2 minutes to the beach and shopping. Loved it, will plan on staying again in the future!'

'This was our first trip to Hawaii. The property was clean and satisfactorily met all of our needs. It seemed to be centrally located in the Waikiki area. We appreciated the 20th floor balcony with a view of Diamond Head and a partial view of the water and the Fireworks on Friday nights.'

'Everything was great here. We stay at the Waikiki Banyan every year. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed. We asked for a late check out, as our flight left late, and the owner was accommodating.'

'This place is an absolute steal. Everything about it is perfect and the room comes equipped with everything you need. I saw a few older reviews mentioning the room was outdated but please know they clearly updated it since then. It felt clean, modern and there’s a balcony! The only thing you must be aware of going in is that it’s NOISY. You are in the middle of the city so there will always be street noise day and night.
