This property could be great but it is not. On a positive note, it is in a good location and has a nice design. However, some issues make it a subpar stay. First of all, the two most important priorities for any hotel should be cleanliness and comfort. In both of these areas, this property comes up short. Dirty carpets and bathrooms, weak AC, etc. The other major issue is that they only have one pool and don't seem to have any pool attendants to control the kids screaming and constantly jumping in the pool right next to you while their oblivious parents suck on Mai-Tais. Oh, and the beach behind the hotel is more of an afterthought than a prized asset. It a tiny area that is poorly maintained and has no chairs.
