'Room 1615 had a moldy smell and the staff were notified many times. Coffee cream was old. When put on coffee it becomes lumpy and the coffee tasted bad. Front desk was notified. We did not stay much in the room and if we did we opened the sliding door to let fresh air in. Bathroom smelled better than the sleeping area. We will think twice about staying here again. Most staff was not as friendly. Room 1603 had the same smell problem but not as bad as 1615. My kids were not able to check in at 3pm...

'I really disliked the parking situation! $55/day for valet parking, no other option. The driveway was incredibly narrow and difficult to turn into. Gets backed-up at night-had to sit in the street to wait. There was a terrible noise that sounded like a shower running but it was constant our whole stay. Our fridge stopped working & was very hot, both inside & out. We notified the front desk and it was replaced immediately with an already cold fridge which was greatly appreciated! The 2 queen...
