I want to start by sharing how wonderful Jeanette was to work with! When I booked my 7 day reservation I let Jeanette know that we were here to find housing for my student starting grad school at UH Manoa. She said if we needed more time to let her know and she’d be happy to extend the stay. We did, and she worked with me to stay another week. She even offered a late checkout on the final day to help diminish the stress of getting my daughter set up in her apartment. The condo worked very well for us. The location on Waikiki was perfect for an early morning walk or a nighttime swim. We were close to Ala Moana where we could find everything we needed to shop for. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed. I used the workout facilities which had all the equipment I needed. The WiFi on the 7th floor recreation deck was perfect for my remote work when I needed to log on during the second week of our stay. Having parking included with the booking was a huge bonus. Most places you’ll pay an extra 20-40/night for that. The on-site management was polite and helpful whenever needed - they printed a form we needed and answered questions whenever needed.
