CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
NOTE:
This is a privately owned unit and independently managed by Vacation Rentals Waikiki. Thus, we can add more personal touch to our guest relations.
This unit has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, mugs, and glasses. Please note it does not have a stove or oven and is not designed for full cooking
At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii. We encourage reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items.
Regardless, if more towels or toiletry items are needed, convenience store is within the building.
PENALTY & GUIDELINES:
1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.
2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs.
3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.
