'Grote kamer, schoon, fijne bedden'

'Great place for the money and close to nice restaurants and bars. Very decent breakfast. Everything was great except for the front desk person who couldn't figure out that I reserved and fully paid for 2 rooms. Other couple was charged too, the obvious service dogs were ignored and then added as pets charge to the other room. Everything was sorted out but the inconvenience was totally unnecessary'

'Prima hotel voor een prima prijs. Grote kamers met alle voorzieningen. Klein zwembad maar prima om in af te koelen. Goed werkende fitness ruimte.'

'Good stay'

'Thank you for a nice place to stay for the night'

'This is a great place to stay near RIT It's very convenient and its clean'

'Upon arrival, both rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the accommodations unpleasant. In addition, the bed sheets in both rooms had visible stains. When this was reported, fresh replacement sheets were not provided. Furthermore, the bathtub was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and had a visible ring of dirt around it.'

'Very run down looking - dirty. General Manager gave us incorrect information.'

'The lady in the Front Desk is alwaya on her mobile phone ON SPEAKER and when a Guest comes just tells the person on the other line that she is assisting a guest so the person will not speak. But all the background noise from the phone can be heard. Totally unprofessional! The hot water in the lobby is unavailable and the staff for the overnight shift will just say that the water for the thermos is being prepared. Since it's just water, best to leave the thermos so its accessible anytime...

'Room was not clean and smelt bad. Shower knob was broken. No bathroom amenities. Very poor condition. Overall, not well maintained.'

'The room was dirty! The curtains, shower, carpet, silverware.'

'Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace'

'The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.'
